Executive Recovery for Women for Women was founded by businessmen John T. Kahal after experiencing the recovery process himself. His passion is to share the freedom he's experienced in sobriety with other businessmen facing substance abuse problems. The mission of Executive Recovery for Women for Women is to help alcoholics and addicts who are seeking guidance with their recovery. Executive Recovery for Women for Women helps people transform lives by providing the highest quality treatment and continuing care services, customized for the individual.

Executive Recovery for Women for Women is very dedicated in immersing our clients in the 12-step program. Clients are required to attend a minimum of 1 meeting a day. Our counselors are highly trained in coping mechanisms and getting to the underlying cause of the addiction. Executive Recovery for Women for Women strongly believes addiction is a disease, and that identifying the source of the disease will help make recovery successful.
